Andy’s commitment to meeting the goals of borrowers and working tirelessly to exceed their expectations and timeframes are what has led him into the top 1% spot of lending performers, over the last decade.

Coming from the Midwest and a collegiate baseball background, he has a mindset of working within a well-built team where every role is serviced systematically with the intention of a borrower and referral partner receiving detailed updates and unmatched service.

While Andy has a wide range of experience and has closed 1000s of various loan types and over 550 million dollars of production, his first career was as a CFO. With that, he brings a background in accounting and tax preparation which has allowed him to specialize in complex loan scenarios such as self-employed borrowing. Further, coming from a military family, he has respect and added appreciation for VA lending for which he has a wealth of experience.

Andy is a dedicated family man and father of four. In his free time, he enjoys watching his favorite Chicago sports teams, barbecuing, collecting baseball cards, and coaching his son’s baseball team. 

Andy is licensed in AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, MI, MO, NV, OR, TX, and WA and enjoys working with borrowers throughout the United States.
