Cassie was a vital component in our recent land purchase. My wife and I were buying land in another state, and Cassie helped us leverage the equity in our current home to make that happen. There were hurdles along the way (no surprise given the way interest rates are changing with the breeze), and Cassie got us over each one smoothly.
We visited the land this week, and are beginning to plan our retirement cabin! Getting to this point was in no small way attributed to Cassie and her team.
