Under the Nations Lending Homebot plan, you can co-sponsor an unlimited number of agents.

$200 per month per account. This includes up to 500 contacts.

Looking to co-sponsor an agent? The cost is $25/month for you per agent, and $25/month for the agent.

How Do I Join Homebot?

The Nations lending marketing team will take care of the account creation and past funded data uploading for you, so all you need to worry about is closing your deals!

You can expect your Homebot account to be created with all past-funded data uploaded within 10-14 days of initiating the request.

Email [email protected] to let us know you are interested in signing up. If you are a loan officer, you will need to receive approval from your branch manager.

Our marketing team will create an account for you under the Nations Lending enterprise account. You will receive a confirmation email with login credentials from both our team and Homebot.

Our marketing team will then upload your past closed loan data into your account for you. Please allow up to 14 total days for your client data to appear in your account. In the meantime, you can start sharing you personalized URL (PURL) to invite prospective buyers

After that, you’re ready to start closing more deals and generating referrals!
