Event Planning Tips + Tricks

We want to make your event go as smoothly as possible. To prepare for your event, we’ve put together these helpful tips:

Create a theme for your event and a clear purpose for the gathering.

Identify a budget early on. This will help you determine the number of invitees
and help you weigh any extra marketing costs.

Choose a few alternative dates. Sometimes a venue is booked or something
comes up. Prepare accordingly.

Make sure to plan your event 30-days in advance. This gives us enough time to
make the arrangements for you.

Review venue restrictions. For example, Topgolf offers a semi-private bay but
it can only accommodate 6 people at a time.

Print out your invite list. We’re not suggesting velvet ropes, but you’ll want to
note who attended the event.

BREATHE EASY. We got this. Our Events Marketing team wants to make your event as memorable and valuable for you and your guests as you do.
